1. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframe
We offer international standard shipping to US, CA, UK, EU and Australia.
- United States & Canada: 10–15 business days
- United Kingdom & European Countries: 12–18 business days
- Australia & Other Regions: 14–20 business days

Delivery delays may happen due to customs inspection, seasonal logistics surges or local postal service adjustments, which are out of our control. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

3. Shipping Cost
Flat rate shipping fee: $3.99 per order worldwide.
Free standard shipping for all orders subtotal over $49 before tax.

4. Tracking Information
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email automatically. You can track delivery status via the tracking link provided.

5. Customs & Import Duties
Buyers are responsible for any local import tax, customs duties or handling fees charged by your country’s customs department.
