All prices are listed in US Dollars, and we reserve the right to correct pricing errors without prior notice. Once your order is submitted and payment is confirmed, your order cannot be modified freely; please contact our customer service within 24 hours if you need to adjust or cancel your order.

We accept mainstream payment methods including credit cards, PayPal and other authorized third-party payment channels. By completing checkout, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including product fees, shipping costs and applicable sales tax. We ship orders to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping and expedited shipping options will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are for reference only, delays caused by logistics, extreme weather, customs or carrier issues are not within our liability scope. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items. Customized or hygiene-related pet products are not eligible for free return if opened.

PawGrows shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to income loss, property loss caused by improper use of pet supplies. Our total compensation liability shall not exceed the actual order amount you paid to us.
