The product box was slightly damaged, but the product arrived intact and fully charged.

I thought it was going to go wrong, but it works 10/10, it's much better than a nail clipper. Once the dog gets used to the sound, it's very easy. Recommendation: don't spend too much time on one nail at a time; gradually, with each nail, use a file at full speed. The dog's nail can get hot and hurt, so do it very carefully.
